Final pricing has not been established. Based on current planning, the most likely starting price is approximately $35 to $45 per month for weekly pickup of one standard residential bin. Actual pricing may vary by route location, disposal costs, fuel costs and the number of nearby households that enroll. Customers will be shown the final price before choosing whether to begin service.
Collection days have not been finalized. Each customer will be assigned a regular weekly pickup day once routes are established. Customers should plan to place their bin at the roadside by early morning on their scheduled day, since exact pickup times may vary as routes grow or road conditions change.
We expect to offer flexible options for seasonal residents, including the ability to pause or cancel service with advance notice. Final policies, notice requirements and any applicable fees will be provided before customers enroll.
Yes. We plan to provide year-round service whenever roads can be traveled safely. During severe winter weather, collection may occasionally be delayed if roads have not been cleared or conditions make travel unsafe for our trucks.
If we are unable to reach your property, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a makeup pickup or collect additional household trash on your next scheduled service day. In situations where service cannot reasonably be made up, we may issue a service credit at our discretion.
Safety will always come first for our drivers, customers, and the public. We appreciate your patience and understanding during severe winter weather.
